In case you haven't noticed (because you're an idiot, been living under a rock or in the same predicament I've been in) there has been no activity here since July.

That's due to situations out of my control, and I haven't been able to have a reliable internet connection with which to update a daily podcast. However, things have been fixed and I'm ready to roll again. It may be a week or two before I start getting new content up. There's a few other things that may be coming down the pipe, as well. So stay tuned.

Thanks to those who've stuck it out since Punk-A-Day went silent. Those that are new here, hope you stick around to get your ass rocked!

Bands/Labels Read This!

Are you in an unsigned band that needs to be heard? Do you run a record label and want to promote your bands? Then you need to get us your music! There are two ways to do this. Either email an MP3 file of the song you want us to promote, or if you want to send more than one song, email us and we'll give you a mailing address to mail your CDs to.

The idea is simple. Each song is posted every weekday for about a week. They'll appear on the site between 8-11pm EST Sunday through Thursday. After the set timeframe, the MP3 and the post will be removed, so the more songs you send us the more we can put you up!

Don't forget to include your web address and some brief information about your band/album/song as well so we can include it with your song so people know where to find you! Try to keep things to about 200 characters (think a Twitter update + your website address.)

Not sure if you'll count as "punk"? Don't worry, if you're heavy, political or just don't fall well into standard categories we still want to hear from you! Send an MP3, if we can play it we'll let you know, if not, we may have some other directions to send you, so just let us know!
